The communication is nonexistent with this firm. Our case has been passed around from person to person. The only time we would ever hear an update was if we called to check in. I did call them three days after my appointment to let them know I had seeing doctor and what he requested, Veronica let me know that they’ll call once they get the paperwork which should take a week. It’s been almost two weeks and nothing. I called and no one answered. I’m really disappointed how things have turned out with this company and the lack of care with my cases.
