Very Disappointed with communication. They vow to communicate with you and alert you at all times and then you hear nothing. We all have many things going on in our lives but when you take on the role of a lawyer you are signing up as if you are an American Soldier. I am sick of my lawyer ignoring me, having others lie for him, others justifying why he won't return my phone calls and I've called over 10x this week and this is not the 1st time this has happened. You try to be understanding but when you do they don't care and act like your wrong when you complain and get upset. My checks have already been sent to them I'm sure they got their cuts WHY ARE THEY STALLING AND DRAGGING TALE on my portion. Some days I'm in so much pain....i don't complain i just try to adjust. I'm a 7 yr military vet I've served my country and I can't even get someone to settle my case after having it for 2 yrs. It's really sad to see how they pick and choose which cases are priority. This really just makes me sad because MR DANIEL RAFI won't speak toe and he doesn't seem to care as long as they have other clients. I get attitude from the staff because I keep calling but they have my money and they won't communicate and when they do it's as if I should be quiet because " I'm lucky." We are near the end I just want this wrapped up but someone or something is interfering. Can anyone help me and my children get in contact with my lawyer and wrap these up after 2 yrs?????

My father in law and I used Rafii & Associates when we were involved in a car accident. The accident was almost 2.5 years ago and still is not settled. The communication is nonexistent with this firm. Our case has been passed around from person to person. The only time we would ever hear an update was if we called to check in. After 6 months of not hearing anything or being able to get ahold of anyone with knowledge of our case, I was told that the person who was previously managing it is no longer with the firm and the case was never reassigned to someone else. It sat for months with nobody working on it. The attorneys and staff were never enjoyable to talk to, always had an attitude and just simply did not handle our case professionally.

I got passed on to her supposed assistant who is a male (I forgot his name) and he was extremely rude to me. He made it seem like I was in the wrong and that I’m exaggerating. I had to report my case lead Juliana to her supervisor so my case could continue moving forward and obtaining more details on it. When speaking to her supervisor Veronica A my case finally began to move forward which was great. However, now that I saw the doctor, I haven’t received a call from them to continue the next steps. I did call them three days after my appointment to let them know I had seeing doctor and what he requested, Veronica let me know that they’ll call once they get the paperwork which should take a week. It’s been almost two weeks and nothing. I called and no one answered. I’m really disappointed how things have turned out with this company and the lack of care with my cases. I’m sure they won’t mind taking the compensation percentage in seconds for taking on my case, but to get back to me and take care of my case, pain and complaints takes months. They’re not serious.
