Nicholas Sheely

Nicholas is an Associate Attorney with Rafii & Associates’ Employment Law Division in Las Vegas, Nevada. Prior to joining Rafii & Associates as an Associate Attorney, Nicholas worked as a law clerk with the firm.

Nicholas is a graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law. While in law school, Nicholas was awarded both the Dean’s Award and the Forsman Award for Achievement in Moot Court, and he was a teaching assistant for employment law. Nicholas served as a member of the Society of Advocates as a Moot Court Team Member and later the Frank A. Schreck Gaming Law Moot Court Competition Chair. As the Competition Chair, Nicholas created the appellate record for, organized, and hosted Boyd’s annual Gaming Law Moot Court Competition – a competition attended by over one dozen teams from law schools around the country.
