Before joining the Las Vegas office of Rafii & Associates, Rachel ran Incandenza, a consulting firm based in Cambridge, UK focusing on privacy law. Before Incandenza, she was a Senior Litigation Associate at Skadden, Arps where she tried a variety of cases, including a record-breaking verdict for a head injury and Williams v. First Government, the first time that consumer protection laws were used to rescind unconscionable mortgage terms.

Before Incandenza, she was a Senior Litigation Associate at Skadden, Arps where she tried a variety of cases, including a record-breaking verdict for a head injury and Williams v. First Government, the first time that consumer protection laws were used to rescind unconscionable mortgage terms. She was on the team defending President Clinton in his civil litigation against Paula Jones and successfully sued the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on behalf of an individual in a case worth several hundred million dollars. She has been named Pro Bono Attorney of the Year in Washington, DC.
Rachel received her B.A. from Wheaton College, her J.D. from Harvard Law School and an M.A. from Royal Holloway in London.
Rachel is in her spare time a playwright and has had productions in the Edinburgh Festival, London’s Park Theatre and Source Theater in Washington, D.C.
