Ciara Alagao
Ciara Alagao is a member of the Employment Law Division in Rafii & Associate’s Las Vegas office. Prior to joining Rafii & Associates, Ciara was the first in-house attorney for the largest labor union in Nevada.
During her time in law school, Ciara practiced as a student attorney in the Poverty Law & Policy Clinic. She earned the CALI Award for Advanced Legal Analysis & Writing: Labor & Employment, and won first place in 2024 Nevada Law Journal Scholarly Writing Competition. Her Note, “Forging Future Frontiers: Pioneering Union Progress Through Training Centers,” was published in Volume 25, Issue 1 of the Nevada Law Journal.
Originally from Hawai`i, Ciara earned her B.A. with distinction in Business Administration from the University of Hawai`i – West O`ahu. She later attained her J.D. with Highest Pro Bono Honors from the William S. Boyd School of Law.
